Our telephone operators are set up to take requests by phone and/or by our revolutionary Web Reporting System (WRS) available online, here on our website. Our Officers are radio dispatched and utilize a custom software tailored to the services we offer, our telephone operators have the capability to submit your call-out request via a computer in a matter of seconds. Our Officers in the field are alerted with the specific details of the call and respond within a matter of minutes. Our gauged time of arrival always varies as our call taking policy prioritizes the call(s) for service which are requested. Calls are categorized by threat level to which our operators are trained to intake calls at a fast pace and place them in levels of HIGH, Moderate and Low priority.

Our response time is faster than the local police for a very low monthly cost.

* Please note that we obey all local and state traffic laws when attending to any type of response call. We do not have the capability to respond with our lights activated nor use any alerting devices to direct traffic. If an estimated time of arrival (ETA) is promised, the said time is gauged with light traffic and clear weather conditions within the county limits of Los Angeles. Our ability to assist in your situation may differ as we are a private security company and do not have any type of law enforcement authority.​
